With space for 4 guests, this condo offers a simple and comfortable layout for unwinding at the end of the day. The primary bedroom includes a King bed, dresser, and TV. The guest bedroom features two Double beds, ideal for family or friends. A cozy loft with a futon provides an additional spot for reading or relaxing.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, giving you the flexibility to ease into your day or return for an unhurried evening. A dining table sits nearby with views of the surrounding greenery, creating a relaxed place to gather.

Living spaces

The open living area is filled with natural light and includes comfortable seating, ceiling fans, air conditioning, heating, and a TV for quiet evenings. WiFi extends throughout the condo, and a dedicated workspace is available if you need to stay connected.

Outdoor living

The screened porch is a favorite place to spend time, offering marsh views and a peaceful spot to enjoy the coastal air. Whether you begin your morning here or settle in after a beach walk, it provides a gentle connection to the natural setting. Guests can also enjoy access to a community pool, and the condo is a short walk to beach access.

Towels, bed linens, washer and dryer, iron, and bathroom essentials are provided for convenience. Home safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. The condo includes a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and barbecue utensils. Free parking on premises is available.

Located in the Sawgrass area of Ponte Vedra, the condo sits within a gated community surrounded by nature, offering easy access to shoreline walks and local trails. This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
