Sleeping arrangements

Designed to accommodate up to four guests, the condo features one bedroom with a king bed and a sofa that converts into a queen size pull bed with a memory foam mattress. The layout balances privacy and flexibility, with the bedroom set apart from the open living area. Fresh linens and in-home laundry with a washer and dryer make it easy to settle in, whether you are staying for a few nights or longer.

Living space

The kitchen, dining, and living areas connect in a bright, easy flow. Natural light fills the room through glass doors, creating an inviting place to gather or relax. Sink into the seating area and enjoy the 75" HDTV with Fubo TV, or use the Wifi to catch up on work or plan your next outing. Heating and air conditioning keep the space comfortable year-round, and a private entrance with self check-in via smart lock offers added convenience throughout your stay.

Kitchen and dining

The kitchen provides a full space where guests can cook their own meals, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and dining table nearby. Whether you are preparing a quick breakfast before a tee time or sitting down to a relaxed dinner, the open layout keeps everyone connected.

Bathroom and essentials

The bathroom includes a walk in shower, hot water, and bathroom essentials. A hair dryer, iron, and additional essentials are available to support a comfortable stay.

Community and neighborhood

Located within The Players Club at TPC Sawgrass, this condo includes access to the community pool and clubhouse. Guests can book their own tee times at the TPC course or at The Yards, where tennis and pickleball are also available to reserve. Coastal dining, boutique shopping, Jacksonville Beach, and St. Augustine offer plenty to explore nearby. Free parking on premises - 1 space - makes coming and going simple, whether you are spending the day on the course or discovering the surrounding area.
