Sliding glass doors open to a terrace with waterfront views, letting the sea breeze move through freely. The first-floor layout makes it simple to carry everything you need from door to sand and back again.
Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps up to four guests. The bedroom holds a king bed dressed with fresh linens, while the living area features a sofa that converts into a queen-size pull bed with a memory foam mattress - a comfortable option for additional guests.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and dining table. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware are provided. The open layout connects the kitchen and dining area naturally, keeping mealtimes easy whether you're cooking for two or four.
Living space
The kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together in one open, light-filled environment. A 75" HDTV with Fubo TV and WiFi keep you connected indoors, and both air conditioning and heating ensure comfort throughout your stay.
Bathroom
The bathroom features a walk-in shower along with a hair dryer, hot water, and bathroom essentials.
Amenities & practical details
In-unit washer and dryer, iron, and essentials including towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided. Home safety equipment includes a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Self check-in via smart lock, one free parking space on premises, and a private entrance make arrival and daily routines simple. Please note there is no carbon monoxide detector on the property.

The condo sits along Ponte Vedra Boulevard, within easy reach of coastal dining, boutique shopping, and golf at TPC Sawgrass. St. Augustine and Jacksonville Beach are both within a short drive, offering room to explore while always returning to a quiet waterfront setting. No pets permitted.
