Sleeping arrangements

Designed for up to four guests, the condo features one bedroom with a king bed, plus a sofa that converts into a queen-size pull bed with a memory foam mattress. Fresh linens, towels, and storage are provided so you can settle in without a second thought.

Outdoor living

The rear glass doors open onto the terrace, where oceanfront views stretch out across the water. Start the day with a coffee as the light shifts across the horizon, or step directly from the terrace to the sand via the property's direct beach access - an easy connection between the condo and the Atlantic throughout your stay.

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking basics, along with dishes and silverware for every meal. A dining table provides a comfortable spot for casual breakfasts or evening meals after time by the water.

Living spaces

The kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together in an open layout filled with natural light. Settle in with the HDTV, or relax on comfortable seating with Wi-Fi after a full day near the ocean. Air conditioning and heating keep the atmosphere comfortable year-round.

Bathroom

The walk-in shower, hair dryer, and bathroom essentials are all on hand to make your mornings easy. Hot water is available throughout your stay.

Laundry

An in-unit washer, dryer, and iron are available, making it simple to keep things fresh during longer stays.

Neighborhood

Positioned along Ponte Vedra Boulevard, the condo sits within easy reach of coastal dining, boutique shopping, and the TPC Sawgrass golf course. St. Augustine and Jacksonville Beach are both within a short drive, offering options for exploring beyond the shoreline. Free parking for one vehicle and keypad self check-in make arrival and daily outings simple.

This condo is not part of Sawgrass Golf & Country Club or TPC Sawgrass and does not include access to any community amenities. Guests enjoy the beach directly from the property.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email.
