This fully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers an inviting flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The kitchen features granite and marble countertops, new appliances, and a full setup for preparing meals at home. A dining table supports everything from shared dinners to remote work, complemented by Wifi and a dedicated workspace. The washer and dryer add convenience for both short and extended stays.

Sleeping arrangements

The primary suite includes a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds with access to a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. A bathtub is also available in the home. Both bedrooms open directly to the enclosed Florida Room, giving you a bright start to the day with views of the fairways.

The Florida Room is a highlight of the property, fully enclosed and furnished for relaxed mornings or peaceful afternoons. A patio or balcony extends your connection to the outdoors, while the private entrance enhances the sense of retreat. Guests have access to the community pool within Sawgrass Country Club.

This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
