The space

Located on the first floor, this oceanfront condo makes moving between indoor comfort and the sand effortless. Direct beach access allows you to come and go with ease, whether you're heading out for a sunrise stroll or returning from time along the shore. Inside, natural light fills the open living area, where central air conditioning and ceiling fan help maintain a comfortable atmosphere year-round. A 50 inch HDTV and Wifi provide easy entertainment in the evenings.

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to six guests. With 4 beds thoughtfully arranged across the bedrooms, there's flexibility for families or small groups traveling together. Bed linens and cotton linens are provided, along with hangers and storage to help you settle in. Each bathroom includes bathroom essentials and a bathtub, and an outdoor shower adds convenience after time on the beach. Kitchen and dining

The kitchen offers a full setup for preparing meals at home, complete with a dining table nearby for gathering over breakfast or winding down in the evening. Beyond the main living area, a patio or balcony provides additional outdoor space to enjoy the coastal air. The private entrance and separate street or building entrance enhance both convenience and privacy, especially with the ease of first-floor access.

Free parking garage on premises – 2 spaces ensures straightforward arrival and departure. Set in Ponte Vedra Beach, the condo places you close to local dining and boutiques while maintaining a quiet beachfront setting that feels comfortably removed from everyday routines.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
