Just moments from the shore and centrally positioned between Jacksonville Beach and Historic St. Augustine, this ground-floor unit puts everything within easy reach. Sorry, no pets.

The open-concept living area is bright and welcoming, with plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and natural light streaming through wide windows. A dedicated workspace and free Wi-Fi make this a smart choice for remote workers or longer stays. The private entrance and ground-floor layout give the space a calm, personal feel from the moment you arrive.

Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom features a queen bed, and the living area includes a twin-size daybed and a twin-size hide-a-bed - comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Bed linens, towels, and essentials are provided.

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked with everything needed for home-cooked meals - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. A dining table and breakfast bar offer plenty of room to gather for meals or morning coffee.

Bathroom

The bathroom includes a bathtub, hair dryer, and all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay.

Outdoor & parking

Your private patio is a quiet spot to unwind - whether that's a slow morning coffee or an evening wind-down surrounded by natural landscaping. Free on-site parking is available for the duration of your stay.

Resort extras & location

Guests have access to the community pool, available year-round, as well as the Sawgrass Beach Club beach access point. From here, St. Augustine's historic streets, Ponte Vedra's coastal dining scene, and Jacksonville Beach are all just a short drive away.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
