Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom features a queen bed, and the living area includes a twin-size daybed and a twin-size hide-a-bed, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Hangers, bed linens, and all the essentials are provided so you can settle in without a second thought.

Living space

The open-concept layout flows easily between the living and dining areas, anchored by plush seating and a flat-screen TV. Wide windows draw in natural light, and the dedicated workspace with complimentary Wi-Fi makes the condo equally suited to remote work or extended stays. A ceiling fan and air conditioning keep things comfortable year-round.

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a complete set of dishes, silverware, and cookware. A dining table and breakfast bar offer plenty of room whether you're sitting down to a full meal or a casual bite.

Bathroom

The bathroom includes a bathtub, hair dryer, and a full set of towels, soap, and toilet paper - everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Outdoor & parking

Step directly onto your private patio through the ground-floor private entrance, where natural landscaping creates a quiet, enclosed setting for morning coffee or an evening wind-down. Free on-site parking is available for the duration of your stay.

This property is located inside Sawgrass Country Club. Amenities are private. Guests have access to the community pool and the beach directly across from the condo.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
