Natural light fills the living area, where comfortable seating, a TV, and an easy flow between spaces make it simple to settle in and stay awhile. Whether you're gathered together or each doing your own thing, the home gives you room to breathe.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The townhouse sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms and a loft. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed, a dresser, and a TV. The guest bedroom offers two double beds, giving your group flexible options. Upstairs, a loft with a queen futon rounds out the space as an additional lounge or rest area.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook and eat well - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and silverware. Barbecue utensils are also on hand for outdoor grilling. Pull up a chair at the dining table for shared meals any time of day.

 

Outdoor living

The screened porch looks out over open marsh views that shift with the light from morning through evening. It's a quiet place to start the day with coffee, read through the afternoon, or simply listen to the sounds of the surrounding nature. A backyard extends your outdoor space further.

 

Amenities & comfort

The home is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan for year-round comfort. Stay connected with Wifi and a dedicated workspace. The washer and dryer, iron, hangers, and a full set of bed linens and bathroom essentials keep day-to-day needs covered. A private entrance and free parking for two vehicles are included.

 

Neighborhood & access

Sawgrass Country Club is a gated community surrounded by natural Florida scenery. As a guest here, you have access to the community pool and the beach access point - ideal for spending time by the water during your stay. Dogs are welcome with pre-approval and additional fees.

Pool and beach access point amenities are private to Sawgrass Country Club residents and guests. No parking is available at the beach access point.
