The living room opens up with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. Comfortable seating, a ceiling fan overhead, and a classic Florida character make it easy to settle in. The vintage-style interiors carry a warmth that newer builds rarely offer - clean, well-kept, and full of charm.

Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook from scratch or keep things simple - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a full set of dishes and cookware. A dining table sits just off the kitchen, ready for family meals before a beach morning or a relaxed evening in.

Sleeping Arrangements

The primary bedroom is furnished with a King bed, dresser, and TV. The guest bedroom has two Double beds, ideal for kids or travel companions. Upstairs, a loft with a Queen futon offers a quiet retreat - great for reading or accommodating a fifth guest when needed. The home sleeps up to four guests comfortably.

Outdoor Living

Step out onto the screened porch and take in the marsh views stretching out behind the property. It's a calm, bug-free space - equally suited to morning coffee, an al fresco dinner, or an evening of birdwatching. A BBQ grill with barbecue utensils and outdoor seating are right there when you're ready to fire something up.

Amenities & Practicalities

The home includes Wi-Fi, standard cable TV, central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, iron, and a private entrance. Two free parking spaces are available on-site. The community pool is open year-round and beach access is available through the community.

This dog-friendly property welcomes dogs with pre-approval and additional fees.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
