Sleeping arrangements

The townhouse accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms and a loft. The primary bedroom features a king bed along with a dresser and TV. The guest bedroom includes two double beds, offering flexible sleeping options. An upstairs loft with a queen futon provides additional space for lounging or resting during the day.

The screened porch extends your living space outdoors, overlooking open marsh views that shift with the light throughout the day. It's a quiet spot to enjoy fresh air, listen to birds in the grasses, or take a break between outings. A backyard add to the outdoor setting.

This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
