Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests across four beds, kept comfortable year-round by central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans throughout. Two full bathrooms serve the group without the bottleneck, and the single-level floor plan keeps everything accessible from the moment you walk in.

 

Living areas

The main living space is built for both downtime and productivity. An HDTV is ready for streaming evenings, a dedicated workspace gives remote workers or trip planners a quiet corner to settle into, and the open layout means the group can spread out or come together without the space feeling tight.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen covers your everyday cooking needs, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and a full set of dishes and silverware on hand. A dining table anchors the space - a natural spot for shared meals from morning through to night.

 

Outdoor living

Step outside and the screened patio adds a real extension to the living space. Comfortable seating, an outdoor dining area, a ceiling fan, and an overhead skylight make it a pleasant spot at most hours of the day. Beyond the patio, the fully fenced private backyard opens up to a quiet stretch of outdoor space - genuinely private, with room to breathe.

 

Bathrooms & laundry

Both full bathrooms come stocked with the essentials: towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper. An in-unit washer and dryer round things out - a practical addition for beach days, longer trips, or anything in between.

The home sits in a calm Jacksonville Beach neighborhood with the coastline, local dining, and shopping all within easy reach. Its proximity to Mayo Clinic makes it a sensible base for guests with medical-related visits, and straightforward road access keeps the broader area well within range. Two driveway spaces are available at no charge, and self check-in via lockbox through a private entrance means arrival fits your schedule, not the other way around.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.

Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
