Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms sleep up to six guests across four beds. The single-level layout keeps everything accessible and easy to navigate, while central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans maintain a steady, comfortable indoor climate throughout your stay.

 

Living areas

The main living space is set up for both relaxing and staying productive. An HDTV is available for streaming, a dedicated workspace offers a quiet spot for remote work or trip planning, and the open layout makes it easy for the group to gather without feeling cramped.

 

Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen supports your everyday routines, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, dishes and silverware, and cooking basics on hand. A dining table at the center of it all provides a natural spot to come together for meals at any hour.

 

Outdoor living

The screened patio extends your living space into the open air, with comfortable seating, an outdoor dining area, a ceiling fan, and an overhead skylight keeping things pleasant through the day. Beyond the patio, the fully fenced private backyard offers a quiet, open space to take in some fresh air in a genuinely private setting.

 

Bathrooms & laundry

Both full bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials, including towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper. An in-unit washer and dryer add real convenience - especially useful after beach days or during extended stays.

The home sits in a peaceful residential pocket of Jacksonville Beach, keeping the coastline, local dining, and shopping all within easy reach. Its proximity to Mayo Clinic also makes it a practical choice for guests with medical-related visits in the area, while straightforward access to main roads keeps the broader region easily accessible.

 

Parking & access

Two driveway parking spaces are available at no charge. Self check-in via lockbox and a private entrance make for a smooth, flexible arrival on your schedule.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.

Pet & Animal Policy

To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
