The pool & outdoor living

The private pool anchors the outdoor space and is the natural gathering point on hot Florida afternoons. Pool heating is available upon advance request for an additional fee of $40/day. A fully fenced backyard surrounds the pool area, and the wraparound balcony above offers sweeping views of the ocean and the wide open sky at sunset. When the beach calls, head out with the included beach towels and chairs - the sandy shoreline is just a short stroll away.

Entertainment on the first floor

The ground floor is dedicated to fun. A 75" HDTV with Roku anchors the main entertainment area, backed by a Denon sound system and color-changing LED lighting that sets the mood for movie nights or game sessions. A foosball table, board games, and a curated selection of toys keep guests of all ages entertained. A full-size refrigerator and ample seating round out this floor, making it as functional as it is lively.

Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms across two floors sleep 12 comfortably. On the second floor, the ocean-facing primary suite features a king bed and a private balcony - ideal for watching the sun come up over the water. A second king suite overlooks Castle Ott, and a queen bedroom faces a tranquil nature preserve, each with generous closet space and a 42" flat-screen TV. On the first floor, a bunk room with two twin-over-full beds and a guest room with two double beds complete the layout, with a full bathroom nearby. A commercial-grade washer and dryer are also on this level.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped to handle meals for a crowd. Stainless steel appliances include an electric stove, stainless steel oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster - alongside all the cookware, dishes, and silverware you need. The formal dining area seats the full group, and a propane BBQ grill poolside makes outdoor cooking just as easy.

Comfort & connectivity

Central air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the home cool throughout Florida's warmest months. High-speed mesh Wi-Fi supports multiple users simultaneously, whether for streaming, video calls, or remote work. Cotton bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, an iron, and ample clothing storage - including walk-in closets and dressers - are provided throughout. Self check-in via keypad, a private entrance, and free parking for up to four vehicles via the circular driveway ensure a smooth, stress-free arrival.
