The open-concept layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas in one bright, airy flow. Large windows pull in natural light and coastal views, while comfortable furnishings make it easy to settle in for the long stay this property is designed for.

Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a coffee maker, and all the cookware and dishware you need to cook and dine in comfortably.

Sleeping arrangements

The primary bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, and private balcony access with ocean views. The second bedroom has two full beds, its own balcony, and beach views. Both rooms include soft linens and ceiling fans.

Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms - one en-suite with a walk-in shower, and a second full bath with a bathtub. Towels and toiletries provided.

Location

Thirty minutes from both St. Augustine and downtown Jacksonville. Close to St. Johns Town Center shopping, the Intracoastal Waterway, and the coastal trails of the Sawgrass area. Two covered garage parking spaces included.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private membership club for residents only. Memberships do not extend to guests staying at rental properties.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
