The open living and dining area is filled with natural light, large windows framing the ocean throughout the day. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan keep things comfortable, while Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected. A TV with standard cable rounds out the space for easy evenings in.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Up to 8 guests spread across 2 bedrooms and 3 beds, with 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and direct balcony access overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom includes two full-size beds and its own balcony with beach views - a flexible setup for families or groups. Bed linens, essentials, hangers, a washer, dryer, and iron are all provided.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a dining table for gathering. Dishes, silverware, and cooking basics are on hand so you can prepare meals at your own pace.

 

Outdoor living

Balcony spaces sit directly above the sand and surf, offering quiet mornings with wave sounds and calm evenings as the light shifts across the water. Guests also have access to a community pool for additional outdoor time.

 

Amenities & essentials

The condo includes bathroom essentials, a bathtub, and a hair dryer. Safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. A private entrance, free parking on premises, and a garage for 2 vehicles make arrival and daily outings straightforward.
