Living space

The open living and dining area is framed by large windows that draw in natural light and keep the ocean always within view. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain comfort throughout the year, while Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to settle into remote work when needed. In the evenings, unwind with the TV with standard cable or simply listen to the surf from the comfort of the sofa. A private entrance allows you to come and go with ease, adding to the sense of retreat. A 30-day minimum stay supports a relaxed, unhurried rhythm along the coast.

Sleeping arrangements

Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, the condo offers two bedrooms and three beds. The primary bedroom features a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the oceanfront balcony - an inviting way to greet the day with views of the water. The second bedroom includes two full-size beds and its own balcony access, providing flexibility for families or groups traveling together. Two full baths, complete with bathroom essentials, support comfortable extended stays.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, along with cooking basics for preparing meals at home. A nearby dining table creates a natural gathering place for shared meals, conversation, or mapping out plans for the days ahead. The open layout keeps the kitchen connected to the living space, so everything flows easily from morning coffee to evening wind-down.

Outdoor living & amenities

Balcony spaces offer uninterrupted shoreline views and a quiet place to pause as seabreezes move through. Beyond the condo, guests have access to a community pool and free parking on premises, including garage parking for two vehicles. A washer and dryer, iron, and other essentials add convenience, while home safety features such as a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit provide added peace of mind.
