Open ceilings and a light-filled layout give the living area a relaxed, airy feel. Curl up on the sofa, catch a show on the flat-screen TV with cable, or gather the whole group at the dining table - it seats eight comfortably.

Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps six across two bedrooms and an upstairs loft. The main suite offers a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full bed with a trundle underneath - handy for families with kids. Up in the loft, two twin beds create a cozy spot just for little ones.

Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals: stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware and dishes to match. Seats eight at the dining table.

Outdoor & extras

The screened lanai is your go-to outdoor perch - morning coffee, evening wind-down, or just a quiet moment away from it all. Free parking for two vehicles on-site. Washer and dryer, dedicated workspace, and high-speed Wi-Fi make longer stays easy.

Stroll to the community pool and playground. TPC Sawgrass and a strong lineup of local dining are close by. Ponte Vedra Beach's sandy shoreline is a short drive away.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
