Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps up to six guests across two bedrooms and a loft. The primary bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full bed with a pull-out trundle, and the upstairs loft offers twin beds - well suited for younger guests. Two full bathrooms keep daily routines running smoothly.

 

Living spaces

High ceilings and an open-concept layout give the main living area a light, airy feel. Comfortable seating, a TV, a dining table, Wifi, and a dedicated workspace make it easy to unwind or stay on top of things - whatever the day calls for.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and dishes. Pull up a chair at the nearby dining table and settle in for a shared meal.

 

Outdoor & community

The screened lanai extends your living space into the fresh air - a natural spot for morning routines or evening wind-downs. The community pool is open year-round, and an on-site playground is conveniently nearby. As part of TPC Sawgrass, guests have access to the community clubhouse and can book tee times at TPC Sawgrass or The Yards. Please note: there is no designated beach access within the TPC community.

 

Essentials

Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, a washer, dryer, iron, hair dryer, and a bathtub are all included. Free parking for two vehicles and a private entrance round out a comfortable, self-contained stay. Please note: no carbon monoxide alarm is present on the property - reach out to the host with any questions.

Ponte Vedra puts you within easy reach of local dining, everyday conveniences, and some of Florida's most celebrated golf. Beaches are a short drive away whenever you're ready to explore beyond the community.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.

-This Property has a 2-week minimum stay requirement.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
