Designed to accommodate up to six guests, the condo features two bedrooms plus an upstairs loft. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, creating a comfortable private retreat. The second bedroom includes a full bed with a pull-out trundle, while the loft provides twin beds that are well-suited for children or additional guests. Two full bathrooms help keep mornings and evenings running smoothly.

Living spaces

High ceilings and an open-concept layout give the main living area an airy feel, with space to unwind or connect. The living room centers around the TV, while the dining table - seating eight - easily transitions from shared meals to board games or an additional workspace. -Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
