Sandy Dunes - Cozy 3BR w/ beach, pool & sunroom

The property is a very nice house, perfectly located inside a gated community. The distribution is nice, and it has a great view to the golf course. Overall, very well kept. However, we were seriously disappointed with the most basic of amenities. We were there for a full week, and all we had was a couple of tiny motel-like bars of cheap soap, let alone even a small bottle of the most generic shampoo. Had the toilet paper been any cheaper and thinner, it would have been transparent. We had to buy salt and pepper because not even that was provided. We paid thousands of dollars for the rental. Providing these very basic amenities would cost perhaps $30-50 dollars and made our stay much more comfortable, avoiding trips to Walmart to buy soap and salt. Lastly, upon our arrival at 11 PM, we could not find the keys in the drop box, which was a major inconvenience. But the manager ultimately arrived late at night and we were able to access the house, so that was ultimately solved. Manager Response: Thank you for your detailed feedback. That is not the arrival experience we aim to provide, and we’re glad we were able to resolve the issue and get you settled, even though it was late. Regarding the amenities, we understand your frustration. We do make an effort to set clear expectations prior to each stay by sending a “What to Bring” letter, which outlines that certain items are provided in limited quantities and what you should add to your shopping list. That said, we appreciate your perspective and will certainly take your comments into consideration as we continue to improve the guest experience. We’re very pleased to hear that you enjoyed the home itself—the location, layout, and golf course views are some of our favorite features as well. Thank you again for your feedback. The condo was very clean on arrival, the decor was simple and updated. There was no beach chairs or beach towels. No mattress pad on the king bed. Some dish ware was chipped and mismatched. All in all, it’s a beautiful property. Plan to stay there again! Mgt Response: Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay. It was a great vacation home. We had a great time. The only thing that I was confused about was I thought there was suppose to be a washer and dryer but when we got there wasn't one. It's okay because we only stayed for 6 days. Other than that we had a really good time. We would definitely come again.

Cheyenne, Sorry for any confusion. The unit does has a full-size washer/dryer stack set in the closet outside of the master bedroom. We look forward to you visiting with us again.

We stayed here because we had tee times at the Sawgrass Stadium course - which was just down the road. Our stay exceeded our expectations. Location was great, amenities were great, the house was very comfortable. Thanks!

Our family of 4 enjoyed this space so much. The walk to the beach is extremely short and we could hear the waves crashing at night. The golf course views are unbeatable and make this unit one of the best we have ever stayed. We have been visiting Ponte Vedra for a number of years and we are so happy we rented this unit. We will definitely be back again.
