Sleeping arrangements

Up to 6 guests are accommodated across 3 bedrooms with 3 beds, thoughtfully arranged for restful nights and unhurried mornings. Bed linens, hangers, and storage help make longer stays feel settled, and two full bathrooms - including a bathtub - provide space and convenience for families or small groups. Bathroom essentials are included to keep daily routines simple.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals at home, with a full suite of appliances and cooking basics to support easy breakfasts or relaxed dinners in. The adjacent dining table keeps conversation flowing, whether you are starting the day with coffee or winding down after time at the beach. A washer and dryer are also available, adding ease to extended stays.

Outdoor living

The enclosed sunroom transitions naturally to a patio or balcony, giving you multiple ways to enjoy fresh air and golf-course views. Even in early spring, the setting encourages quiet mornings with a warm drink or reflective evenings as the coastal breeze moves through the community. Free parking on premises - 2 spaces - ensures added convenience, and home safety features including a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit provide peace of mind. Guests also have access to a community pool within the Sawgrass neighborhood.

Set in the established Sawgrass community of Ponte Vedra, this condo places you close to the beach while maintaining a calm residential atmosphere. Dining and shopping are a short drive away, allowing you to explore at your own pace before returning to your steady, comfortable coastal retreat.

Please note: All properties located inside Sawgrass Golf & Country Club have access to the community pool and beach access point only. Amenities in Sawgrass are private.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
