Sleeping arrangements

Spread across three levels, the home sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2.5 baths. Each floor balances shared gathering space with private retreats. An elevator - ADA-compliant - connects every level with ease.

 

Comfort & convenience

Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep every season comfortable. Wifi and a dedicated workspace keep you connected when needed. A washer, dryer, and essentials are on hand for longer stays. Self check-in via keypad means a flexible, stress-free arrival.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware. Barbecue utensils are ready for grilling, and the dining table brings everyone together.

 

Outdoor living & pool

Unwind on the patio or balcony with an ocean breeze. After the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading in. Guests have access to the community saltwater pool - available all year. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). The pool is shared with the Salt Therapy South house. Beach essentials - beach towels and beach chairs - are provided for your time on the shore.

 

Parking & location

Free driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles is available on premises, with additional space for a boat or jet ski. Local dining, grocery stores, and historic St. Augustine are just a short drive away. The property is dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees.

-Self Check-in available via Keypad, Keybox or Smartlock

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.

-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the South house. No hot tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.

-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fees are $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Pet fees are per dog.
