Your Salt Therapy retreat sits right where the Atlantic begins - two side-by-side beach houses in the coveted North Vilano Beach community of St. Augustine, steps from the sand and just minutes from the Nation's Oldest City. Salty air, open skies, and the sound of waves set the tone from the moment you arrive.

The property

Salt Therapy is made up of two complete homes - Salt Therapy North and Salt Therapy South - rented together as one combined property. Each house offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, giving your group a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms across three levels of thoughtfully arranged living space. A private elevator connects all floors, making movement between levels seamless for every member of your party.

Outdoor living

Step outside to a private saltwater pool - although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). Fire up the BBQ grill on the covered patio, settle into your beach chairs, and head straight to the sand with beach towels and beach chairs ready for you. Direct beach access means the Atlantic is always within reach, and elevated ocean views give every morning and evening a picture-perfect frame.

Sleeping arrangements

Six bedrooms spread across both houses sleep up to 12 guests comfortably. The multi-level layout gives families and groups plenty of breathing room, with each home functioning independently while sharing the outdoor spaces.

Kitchen & dining

Both kitchens are fully equipped for the whole group - refrigerators, stoves, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, coffee makers, toasters, and all the cookware, dishes, and silverware you need. Open-concept dining areas seat everyone together, with views of the coastline setting the scene.

Staying connected & getting around

High-speed Wi-Fi, a 50" Roku HDTV, washer, dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep every stay comfortable. A 2-car garage, boat garage, and generous off-street parking accommodate vehicles, boats, and jet skis - ideal for water enthusiasts arriving ready to explore the intracoastal waterway.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.

-Pool is Not Heated & No Hot Tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage or outer gate.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.

-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet fees are $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Pet fees are per dog. Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
