Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar for casual bites, or gather the full group around the round dining table, which seats up to 6.

Sleeping arrangements

The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, a wall-mounted smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower - your own private corner of the condo. The second bedroom is set up with a queen bed and has access to the adjoining bathroom. Up in the loft, a bright and open third sleeping area features twin beds and a half bath, making it a practical and comfortable option for kids or additional guests. The condo accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and the loft.

Kitchen & dining

The updated kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, and a full set of dishes and cookware. Cooking basics are included. Whether it is a simple breakfast before heading to the beach or a full dinner back at the condo, the space is set up to handle it.

Outdoor living

The screened lanai looks out over the lake and golf course - a genuinely calming spot at any hour. Step out to the open deck for sunbathing, outdoor seating, or a slower start to the morning. Beach towels, an umbrella, and a beach blanket are provided so you can head straight to the shore. The community beach access point is 1.1 miles away, reachable on foot or by bike.

Facilities & extras

The community pool, recently renovated, is just steps from the front door and available year-round. The condo includes fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, smart TVs, in-unit washer and dryer, and an indoor fireplace. Free parking for 2 vehicles is available on the premises. Self check-in is handled via keypad. A playground is nearby for families with younger children, and the property is open to long-term stays.

This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point.
