Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. With five beds arranged across the home, each space is designed for restful sleep, supported by central air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep the indoor climate steady and comfortable.

The main living space offers a relaxed place to unwind, with streaming TV and Wifi available for staying connected. A dedicated workspace in the upstairs bedroom provides a quiet corner for remote work or planning your day, while the open layout allows everyone to gather without feeling crowded.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals during your stay, making it easy to maintain your usual routines. A dining table and large kitchen island serve as central spots to come together, whether starting the day with breakfast or settling in for a casual dinner.

Outdoor living

A screened patio extends the living space outdoors, creating a breezy, shaded area with comfortable seating and an outdoor fire table. Just beyond, the private backyard offers an open space to step outside and enjoy fresh air in a private setting accompanied by peaceful lake views.

Guests will have access to the neighborhood amenities center which includes a large pool, 2 pickleball courts, putting green, playground and workout center.

Bathrooms & laundry

Three full bathrooms are available for guest use and include bathroom essentials. An in-unit washer and dryer add convenience, especially after time spent at the beach or during longer stays.

Free driveway parking on premises for four vehicles and self check-in with a programmable keypad allow for a smooth and flexible arrival. A private entrance adds to the sense of ease and privacy.
