The open-concept main area features luxury vinyl plank flooring and comfortable furnishings throughout. A private balcony extends the living space outdoors, offering sweeping fairway views and fresh coastal air. An enclosed sunroom and large windows fill the interior with natural light.

Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig, drip coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes, and a dining table - everything needed for easy home-cooked meals and relaxed mornings.

Sleeping Arrangements

The primary suite offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an updated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a large walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds with ample closet space. The unit sleeps six guests comfortably.

Bathrooms

Two updated bathrooms serve the unit, including the ensuite in the primary suite. Fresh towels, bed linens, and essential toiletries are provided.

In-Unit Extras

A washer and dryer, dedicated workspace, iron, hangers, and HDTV round out the in-unit conveniences. Self check-in via keypad and parking for two vehicles are included.

Location

Situated in Tifton Cove within Sawgrass Country Club, the condo is minutes from Ponte Vedra Beach and close to dining, shopping, and golf. Guests have access to the community pool and beach access point (no parking here). All other amenitites are private for resident members only.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
