The condo accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and peaceful golf course views. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, well-suited for family or additional guests. Two bathrooms and bathroom essentials add ease to your stay, along with the convenience of a washer and dryer.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers a full setup for preparing meals, whether you're starting the day slowly or sitting down together in the evening. A dining table provides a comfortable space to enjoy meals or plan the day ahead.

The screened lanai extends your living space outdoors, offering open golf course views in a quiet setting. A patio or balcony and nearby green space add to the relaxed atmosphere, while the shared outdoor pool - available all year - offers a refreshing option at any time of day.

Set within the Quail Pointe II community of Sawgrass Country Club, the condo is positioned near the Beach Gate for convenient shoreline access while maintaining a sense of privacy. Free parking on premises - 2 spaces - and a private entrance add to the ease of your stay.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent, and a government-issued ID is required. No pets are allowed. A Rental Agreement must be signed and returned after booking to complete your reservation.

Overall this is a nice rental. It has a nice floor plan and the kitchen is updated and well stocked. There was plenty of cookware. The master bath was adequate and there were plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable although there were not an extra set of sheets for the king bed and the comforters could use some refreshing. It’s a short walk to the beach and is in a great location. We highly recommend Suncastle Properties. They are great to work with and are very accommodating and responsive to any needs we had.
