The open-concept living and dining area is bright and coastal in feel, with a dining table for group meals and a cable TV for relaxed evenings in. A ceiling fan and air conditioning keep things comfortable year-round.

Sleeping Arrangements

Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests across four beds, with extra pillows, blankets, and ample clothing storage for longer stays. Bed linens, hangers, and all essentials are provided.

Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware - everything you need to cook at home or prep a beach-day lunch.

Bathrooms

Two bathrooms, each with a bathtub, hair dryer, and all standard essentials provided.

Amenities & Extras

An in-unit washer and dryer, dedicated workspace with WiFi, iron, and a private entrance round out the practical side. The building features elevator access and free parking for two vehicles on premises.

Crescent Beach sits just minutes from downtown St. Augustine, where you'll find historic landmarks, local dining, and shopping. From the property, you can walk the dunes, search for shells and shark teeth, or head out for an eco tour along the Intracoastal Waterway. Reliable WiFi makes this a great base for remote workers and extended stays alike. Dogs are welcome with pre-approval and additional fees.
