Large picture windows and an open-concept layout flood the condo with natural light and frame sweeping panoramic ocean views. The living area is designed for gathering - whether you're catching a sunrise over the water or simply unwinding after a day on the beach.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, private balcony access, ocean views, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, TV, dedicated workspace, and ample closet space. The third bedroom is fitted with a twin daybed and trundle along with multiple work desks - ideal for families or those working remotely.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and a full dining table for shared meals.

 

Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms - both with walk-in showers - provide comfort and privacy for all guests. Soft linens, extra pillows, and clothing storage are provided throughout.

 

Community perks & location

Guests have access to a community pool, tennis courts, elevator, and two free parking spaces. Located near the Intracoastal Waterway and a short drive from historic downtown St. Augustine, the condo balances beachside ease with local exploration.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
