From this second-floor duplex, you're just steps from the Castillo de San Marcos, with cobblestone lanes, art galleries, boutique shops, and some of St. Augustine's best dining all within easy reach. High ceilings and tile floors give the open-concept living area a bright, airy feel. Natural light filters through the windows, and the space is set up for easy relaxing - comfortable seating, a smart TV, and enough room to spread out after a full day in the historic district.

 

Sleeping Arrangements

Both bedrooms are fitted with queen beds, fresh linens, and hangers for longer stays. Whether you're traveling as a couple or with a friend, the layout works well for two. A pack-n-play and baby gate are available for families with young children.

 

Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook in - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a full set of dishes, cookware, and silverware. The dining table seats four, making it easy to share a meal before heading back out to explore.

 

Bathroom & Laundry

The full bathroom includes a bathtub, hair dryer, and fresh towels. A private washer and dryer are accessible just off the rear porch - a practical touch for anyone staying a few nights or longer.

 

Outdoor & Shared Spaces

The front porch offers a comfortable perch with views of the neighborhood's historic streetscape. Out back, a shared backyard - used with the downstairs unit - includes a seating area and gas fire table, a great spot to wind down on cooler Florida evenings. Please note: the backyard is shared and not private when renting a single unit.

Free parking on premises and smart lock self check-in mean arrival is straightforward - no coordination needed. Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make the duplex a practical fit for remote workers or anyone on an extended stay.

 

Good to Know

This listing is for the upstairs unit only. Each unit has its own private entrance - there is no internal connection between the upstairs and downstairs units once inside. The backyard is shared with the downstairs unit. Each unit sleeps 4. If you'd like to rent the full property, both Cordova A + B are available together and sleep 8. This property does not include a fire pit.
