Set on Cordova Street, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath upstairs duplex unit provides a private entrance and a fully separate living space. There is no connection between the upstairs and downstairs units once inside, allowing you to enjoy your stay with added privacy. This listing is for the upstairs unit only, in which the backyard is now shared with the downstairs unit. If both units (Cordova A + B) are rented together, the full property accommodates up to 8 guests.

High ceilings, tile floors, and natural light create a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The living room features comfortable seating and an HDTV, making it easy to relax after time spent discovering nearby shops, galleries, and historic sites.

Sleeping arrangements
