The space

Set within a 1922 duplex, this downstairs unit offers a private, self-contained stay with its own entrance and no interior connection to the upstairs unit. You'll have your own space indoors, while the outdoor areas reflect the shared nature of the property. This is renting just the downstairs unit, in which the backyard is now shared with the upstairs unit. Each unit sleeps 4 guests, or 8 when the full property (Cordova A+B) is rented together.

Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms each feature a queen bed, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. A full bathroom with a bathtub and bathroom essentials supports a relaxed and easy stay.

Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare meals during your stay, whether it's a simple breakfast before heading out or a quiet dinner at home. A dining table provides space to gather and enjoy meals together.

Outdoor living

Step onto the front porch with swing seating for a peaceful moment at the start or end of your day. The backyard is shared with the upstairs unit, offering additional outdoor space in a quiet neighborhood setting.

Amenities & comfort

Stay connected with Wifi and a dedicated workspace. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain comfort year-round. A washer and dryer are available for added convenience, along with free parking on premises. Self check-in with a keypad allows for an easy arrival.

Located in Historic Downtown St. Augustine, you're within walking distance of Castillo de San Marcos, as well as local shops, galleries, and dining that make exploring the area simple and enjoyable.
