The fully updated kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, a coffee maker, dishwasher, and a dining table - everything you need for a home-cooked breakfast or an easy evening meal.

The renovated full bathroom features a bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, and all essential toiletries for a comfortable stay.

Outdoor & Extras

Unwind on the large front porch with swing chairs, or step out back to the shared yard - a relaxed setting to enjoy the cooler evening air. Location

Walk to the Castillo de San Marcos, historic cobblestone streets, galleries, and waterfront dining. Everything St. Augustine offers is right outside your door. There is no connection between the upstairs and downstairs units once inside - each unit has its own private entrance and sleeps up to 4. If renting both units (Cordova A + B), the property sleeps 8.

This property is not pet-friendly and does not include a fire pit.
