The space

Vaulted ceilings and large windows keep the interior bright and open, with a layout that flows easily from the living area through to the enclosed Florida room. That extended space - overlooking the second fairway - works equally well as a reading nook, a quiet place to focus, or simply somewhere to sit with your morning coffee. A flat screen TV with standard cable and WiFi keep you connected throughout, and a dedicated workspace is ready when you need it.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The primary suite features a king bed with direct access to the Florida room, giving it a calm, tucked-away feel. The second bedroom is set up with two twin beds - well suited for children or additional guests. Two full bathrooms serve up to four guests comfortably.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked with the essentials for cooking in - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a complete set of dishes and cookware. A dining table for four sits just off the kitchen, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The washer and dryer are available on-site, a practical touch for longer stays.

 

Outdoor & access

A 0.4-mile walk brings you to the neighborhood beach access point - a quiet route to the shore with no crowds at the trailhead. Back at the condo, two free parking spaces on premises and a private entrance make arrivals and departures easy. The community pool is available to guests.

 

Neighborhood

Set within Sawgrass Country Club, the condo sits in a well-kept, residential setting close to local dining, shopping, and area attractions. TPC Sawgrass and the Mayo Clinic are both within easy reach, making this a flexible base for leisure and extended stays alike.

 

Please note

This property is located within Sawgrass Golf & Country Club. Club amenities are private - guests have access to the community pool and the beach access point only. There is no parking at the beach access point.

-Minimum age to rent is 25 years; valid government ID Required.

-No pets allowed.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private, member-only club. Guest access is Not Included.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return it along with a photo ID that matches your reservation to finalize your booking.

Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
