Sleeping arrangements

The primary suite offers a king bed with direct access to the Florida room, creating a seamless transition between rest and relaxation. The second bedroom is set up with two twin beds, well suited for children, additional guests, or a friend along for the trip. Both bedrooms include ample closet space and easy access to two full bathrooms.

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking basics and dishes you need to prepare meals from scratch. A dining table for four is just steps away, and the breakfast bar offers a casual perch for morning coffee or an afternoon catch-up.

Laundry & practicalities

An in-unit washer and dryer adds real convenience for longer stays or anyone traveling with more than a carry-on. The condo features a private entrance, two free parking spaces on premises, iron and hangers, and all the essentials - towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper - waiting on arrival.

A 0.4-mile walk brings you to the neighborhood beach access point, where the shoreline and salt air are yours to enjoy at your own pace. This property is located within Sawgrass Golf & Country Club. Club amenities are private - guests have access to the community pool and the beach access point only. There is no parking at the beach access point.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private, member-only club. Guest access is Not Included.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return it along with a photo ID that matches your reservation to finalize your booking.
