Tucked inside the prestigious gated community of Sawgrass Country Club, this five-bedroom, two-story home is your base for a relaxed coastal getaway - with golf course views, a private pool, and everything your group needs to unwind.

 

Outdoor living

The screened-in lanai is where this home truly shines. Gather around the fire pit, kick back under the tiki hut, or fire up the outdoor grill station. The private pool is available all year, with heating available upon advance request at an additional fee of $40/day.

 

Living & dining

Inside, an open floor plan connects a generous living area - complete with a flat-screen HDTV - to a fully equipped kitchen featuring a large granite island. The kitchen comes stocked with cooking basics, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and barbecue utensils. A dining table seats the whole group comfortably.

 

Sleeping arrangements

This two-story home sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms:

Primary suite (main floor) - king bed, en suite bathroom

Second bedroom - queen bed, private bath

Third bedroom - two queen beds

Fourth bedroom (upstairs) - two full-size beds, en suite bath

Fifth bedroom - queen bed, private bath

 

Bathrooms

Four and a half bathrooms serve the home, each well-appointed. A bathtub and hair dryer are available on site.

 

Location

Sawgrass Country Club puts you within a short drive of the beach, fresh seafood, local shops, and fine dining. It's an easy base for exploring the best of coastal Ponte Vedra.

 

Additional details

Washer, dryer, iron, hangers, dedicated workspace, air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, and an indoor fireplace are all included. Self check-in via keypad. Free driveway parking for up to four vehicles. Dogs welcome with pre-approval and additional fees (limit two).

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
