A large granite island anchors the kitchen, making it a natural spot for preparing meals or catching up over coffee. The living room features an HDTV and comfortable seating, ideal for relaxed evenings after a day out.

Outdoor living

Step outside to your private screened-in lanai with a pool, fire pit, and tiki hut with a grill station. The backyard opens to golf course views, offering a peaceful backdrop for outdoor time. Pool heat is available upon advance request with an additional fee of $40/day.

Sleeping arrangements

This home includes five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, thoughtfully arranged across two levels:

Primary bedroom (main floor) - king bed with en suite bathroom

Second bedroom - queen bed with private bath

Third bedroom - two queen beds

Fourth bedroom (upstairs) - two full-size beds with en suite bath

Fifth bedroom - queen bed with private bath

Each bedroom includes bed linens and storage for a comfortable stay.

Amenities & convenience

Enjoy WiFi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, and a private entrance with self check-in via keypad. Free driveway parking is available for up to four vehicles.
