Dining options such as Argyle at THE YARDS and the TPC Sawgrass Clubhouse are within easy reach.

Living Space

The open layout brings everyone together, with a spacious living area and a dining table that seats eight. A dedicated workspace and WiFi make it easy to stay connected, whether you're working remotely or planning your next outing.

The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, with ample space for cooking and gathering. Enjoy indoor dining or step outside to the patio to make use of the BBQ grill.

Sleeping Arrangements

The primary bedroom features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a workspace. The second bedroom includes a full bed with trundle, while the third bedroom has bunk beds (2 full beds), providing flexible sleeping options for families or groups. A second full bathroom is located off the hallway.

Outdoor Living

The private patio offers comfortable seating and a grill, creating a relaxed outdoor space to enjoy the Florida breeze.

With free driveway parking for two vehicles, washer and dryer, air conditioning, and thoughtful touches throughout, this home is well-suited for both short stays and extended visits.
