This five-bedroom beach house in Crescent Beach sits just south of St. Augustine Beach, spreading across three generous floors with room to breathe, gather, and unwind. Dog-friendly with pre-approval and additional fees.

 

Living space

An elevator connects all three levels, making this home as practical as it is inviting. The top floor anchors the social heart of the house - an open-concept living room flows into a fully equipped kitchen fitted with double ovens, a Keurig coffee maker, and a dining area large enough to seat the whole group. A powder room on this level adds everyday convenience, and the wraparound porch wraps the floor in coastal light and partial ocean views.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The second floor holds three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, cable TV, a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom, with its own private porch and seating area just beyond the door. The Flamingo Room offers a queen bed and smart TV, sharing a hallway bath complete with a tub. A third bedroom provides a twin daybed with a trundle and a private bathroom with a shower - well-suited for children or solo travelers. On the ground floor, a bunk room sleeps up to six across two bunk beds with trundles, opening directly onto a covered patio with an outdoor shower. A fifth bedroom on this level includes a queen bed with access to a shared full bathroom featuring a glass shower.

 

Kitchen & dining

The main kitchen is fully stocked for everything from a quick breakfast to a full group dinner - refrigerator, stove, double ovens, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, and cooking basics are all on hand. A small kitchenette on the ground floor adds flexibility for guests staying on the lower level.

 

Game room & beach essentials

The garage doubles as a game room loaded with a ping pong table, beach wagon, chairs, toys, a gas grill, and more. Beach access is just one block away, with vehicle drive-on access to make hauling gear to the sand as easy as possible. Beach gear is available for guests to use.

 

Location

Crescent Beach places you minutes from local dining and shopping, with historic downtown St. Augustine just 15 minutes away. The combination of a quieter coastal setting and easy access to one of Florida's most storied cities makes this a standout home base for families and groups.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.

-No parking in the garage. Parking in driveway Only, 3 cars maximum dependent on size. No street parking (ticket & tow area).

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
