This three-level home offers full access across all floors, connected by an elevator for easy movement. The top level features an open-concept living area with comfortable seating, a dining space, and a kitchen designed for group meals. A wraparound porch extends the living space outdoors, while a powder room adds convenience on this floor.
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms are thoughtfully distributed across the home. The second floor includes a primary bedroom with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and private porch access, along with two additional bedrooms - one with a queen bed and another with a twin daybed and trundle. The ground floor features a bunk room with two bunk beds and trundles, as well as a fifth bedroom with a queen bed. Bathrooms are spread across levels to support group stays.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, double ovens, and a coffee maker, with ample space for preparing and sharing meals. A dining table brings everyone together, while a ground-floor kitchenette offers added convenience.
Entertainment & outdoor living
The garage doubles as a game room with a ping pong table, and additional entertainment includes a foosball table. Outdoor features include a covered patio, outdoor shower, and beach gear for easy days by the water.
Amenities & essentials
The home includes Wifi, HDTV, washer, dryer, air conditioning, heating, and private entrance access. Safety features such as exterior security cameras (entry only), noise decibel monitors, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit are provided.
Location
Situated in Crescent Beach, just south of St. Augustine, the home is one block from beach access with drive-on capability and within easy reach of local dining and historic downtown.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-No parking in the garage. Parking in driveway Only, 3 cars maximum dependent on size. No street parking (ticket & tow area).
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
