Crescent Beach sunrises hit differently when you're watching them from a wraparound porch with the Atlantic stretching out before you. Dolphins cut through the surf just offshore, the salty air rolls in, and the only thing on the agenda is figuring out which floor to start the day on. This five-bedroom, three-level beach house puts twelve guests in the middle of it all - just one block from vehicle beach access and fifteen minutes from historic St. Augustine.

Living & Dining

The top floor brings everyone together in an open-concept layout anchored by a spacious living area, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with double ovens, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, and all the cookware you need. A powder room on this level adds everyday convenience, and the wrap-around porch is just steps away when the ocean breeze calls.

Sleeping Arrangements

The second floor holds three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, HDTV, large closet, and an en-suite bathroom, with a private porch off the room for quiet mornings. The Flamingo Room offers a queen bed and smart TV, sharing a hallway bath with a tub. A third bedroom has a twin daybed with trundle and a private shower bathroom - great for kids or solo travelers. On the ground floor, a bunk room sleeps six across two bunk beds with trundles, opening directly to a covered patio with an outdoor shower. A fifth bedroom on this level has a queen bed and access to a shared full bathroom with glass shower.

Game Room & Beach Gear

The garage is a full-on game room stocked with a ping pong table, foosball table, beach wagon, chairs, toys, and a gas grill. Beach essentials including towels and chairs are provided, and vehicle drive-on beach access is just one block away.

Getting Around

A few minutes to local restaurants and shops, and just fifteen minutes to downtown St. Augustine's historic district. The elevator connects all three floors for easy accessibility.

-No parking in the garage. Parking in driveway Only, 3 cars maximum dependent on size. No street parking (ticket & tow area).

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
