Sleeping arrangements

The condo accommodates up to 6 guests across three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. Each bedroom features a king bed, offering consistent comfort for groups traveling together. The primary bedroom is located on the main level and includes an ensuite bath with a bathtub. Upstairs, two additional king bedrooms each have their own private ensuite bath, providing privacy and flexibility. One of the upstairs bedrooms opens onto a balcony overlooking the pond - an inviting spot to take in the peaceful setting.

Living spaces

The main living and dining areas flow together, creating a natural gathering space for conversation, meals, or a quiet evening indoors. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan support comfort throughout the year, while large windows draw in soft daylight. A dedicated workspace and Wifi make it easy to stay connected for remote work or longer stays. The home also includes an HDTV, washer, dryer, bathroom essentials, and a private entrance. Self check-in via keypad allows for a smooth and convenient arrival.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and a dining table nearby. Whether you are preparing a simple breakfast before heading out or sitting down to a relaxed dinner at home, the layout keeps everything within easy reach.

Outdoor living

The patio or balcony extends your living space outdoors, offering pond views and a quiet place to unwind in the mild spring weather. Lake access is available via a nearby path or dock, providing another way to enjoy the natural surroundings. Guests also have access to the community pool within The Players Club (TPC) Sawgrass. Free parking on premises - 2 spaces - is provided for added convenience.

Neighborhood

Located inside the private, gated community of The Players Club (TPC), this condo places you close to golf, tennis, pickleball, and walking paths, as well as the broader Ponte Vedra Beach area. Guests may arrange their own reservations for tee times at the TPC course or at The Yards. Please note there is no designated beach access for properties within TPC.

The home includes air conditioning, heating, a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and other key safety features. This property is dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees, and assistance animals are always allowed.
