The ground level has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, travertine floors, living room with 42" TV and upgrades throughout, and features wheelchair access and an accessible shower in the Master bathroom.

The second level upstairs has 2+ bedrooms (+ has a double bed off the primary bedroom), 2 bathrooms, hardwood floors, upgraded kitchen and bar area with beverage center, living room with 55" TV, and a bright sunroom. Off the sunroom are 2 HUGE decks for entertaining, and is where you access the spiral staircase to the Light Keepers Suite. This unique suite is 22'x20', has a Queen bed, full bath, kitchenette with beverage center, microwave, coffee maker, 40" TV along with 360-degree windows with stunning views of the ocean and Intercoastal waterway. Ample parking with 2 car garage, and surface parking for an additional 4 cars. Sorry, NO pets.

Great location just 4.5 miles north of the Vilano Beach Bridge and St. Augustine, close to historic attractions, shopping, kids' activities, groceries, and restaurants, and just 3 miles south of the Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve that has multiple parks for hiking, picnicking & paddleboarding and kayak rentals along with other outdoor activities.
