A bright sunroom leads to two expansive decks for entertaining and provides access to the unique Light Keepers Suite from the outdoor spiral staircase. This exceptional suite, measuring 22'x20', features a Queen bed, a full bath, a kitchenette with a beverage center, microwave, coffee maker, and is surrounded by 360-degree windows offering stunning views of the ocean and intercoastal waterway.
Regrettably, pets are not allowed, preserving the tranquil ambiance of Lightkeepers grounds.
Parking is convenient with a two-car garage and surface parking for an additional four cars.
Conveniently located just 4.5 miles north of the Vilano Beach Bridge and St. Augustine, the property is in proximity to historic attractions, shopping, kids’ activities, groceries, and restaurants. Additionally, it is only 3 miles south of the Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve, which features multiple parks for hiking, picnicking, paddleboarding, and kayak rentals, along with various outdoor activities.

Let me begin by saying that if you are looking for somewhere to stay that is toddler friendly and spacious, look no further. The downstairs has 3 MASSIVE bedrooms, a full kitchen and a living room with a TV. This gave the kids so much room to runaround while the in-laws stayed upstairs. There is one room that is above the garage called the ‘Crow’s Nest’. When scrolling through the pictures, it’s the room with the bed in the center in a HUGE open space. There is a spiral staircase that takes you up to that room and above that, there is a balcony on top of that where ultimately can see the ocean, the sunrise and sunset. The actual property itself is soooo BIG and is a 1/2 mile drive to the public parking around for the beach. I implore you to save this property to your favorites. You will not regret choosing it. Lastly, I know this has become lengthy, but Matt went above and beyond as the host. He is a great human being, with a huge heart.
