Located on the west side of A1A with deeded beach access directly across the street, the property is a mere third of a mile north of the Serenata Beach Club, this spectacular property spans multiple levels and comfortably accommodates larger families with its four bedrooms.

Beach Access: Lightkeepers offers deeded beach access directly across the street, though is may not be wheelchair accessible. For wheelchair-friendly access, South Ponte Vedra Park, just 1 mile north, provides a desgnated wheelchair-accessible beach entrance.

Parking is a breeze with a two-car garage and surface parking for an additional four cars.
