Coastal Palms - Waterfront Pool Home

Start your day with a nice cup of coffee as you watch the sunrise and make your first cast right off the dock in your backyard. This home is where Saturdays and a Sundays live! The canals are also perfect if you want to bring a paddleboard or kayak and there is plenty of room to dock your boat during your stay. Unfortunately, the boat lift is not available. Sorry, NO pets.

This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Palm Coast and features two (2) owners suites with en-suite bathrooms making this an ideal rental for both friends and large families. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and full hall bathroom and the 4th bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle. This room also has equipment for an in-home gym so you don't miss a workout even though you are traveling. The large open kitchen has lots of cabinet space and is fully equipped with pots, pans, flatware, dishes and much more for entertaining, snacks or dining. The large open living space and ample seating make this home ideal for socializing, game day or movie night.

The screened lanai pool deck is the perfect spot for fun and relaxation after a day at the beach or out on the water. Please Note: One cabinet has plastic wear for outdoor use. For everyone's safety, NO Glass items are allowed on pool deck.

The Swimming Pool is available year-round and Can be Heated For A Fee in cooler months. Inquire at booking.

Parking: There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway and garage. NO on street parking allowed. Ticketing and towing is vigorously enforced.

We are less than 15 minutes away from Hammock Dunes, the beach, downtown Palm Coast and less than an hour to Daytona Beach or St. Augustine. Close by you will find festivals, shopping and great restaurants.
