This beautiful 3 story beach home is the easiest way to kick back and truly get some rest and relaxation! Wake up to Yoga and coffee over- looking the ocean on the porch, or take a stroll on the beach before breakfast. The open living space is great for relaxing after a spell or entertaining family members. The Kitchen features a double oven, microwave and cook top islands. Friends can mix cocktails at the small bar to the side, while the BBQ is grilling up some family favorites at the end of the day. A few bikes are available to share in our garage along with some beach chairs and umbrellas. The lowest level features the garage, laundry area and a bathroom. The second level features the kitchen, dining room, living room, two wrap around porches and one bedroom with full bath. The 3rd level features 3 spacious bedrooms, including the master, each with wrap around porch/deck access. The master bedroom has a large attached full bathroom with both a garden tub and separate shower. This is a beloved family home that is perfect for sharing. The home is situated just a short 5 minute drive to Historic St Augustine. The town features something for everyone. History Buffs, Foodies, Late night owls and those looking for eco-adventure or quiet have it! Just one block away is a public tennis court. Ask our Concierge to share some of the family's favorite places to go. We love to help you plan an amazing stay. Grocery and gas is very close and convenient to re-stock when you decide to stay longer! Please note guests must be able to walk steps. The street is very fast moving and guests can either walk across to beach, or if they prefer drive across to very close public parking. We have room for 5 cars Max, on site for parking.
