From this second-floor Beach House Condo you can enjoy beautiful sunset views over the Guana river marsh and remarkable sunrises and ocean views from your front porch. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath ocean view condo features an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. A master suite with a Queen bed, the second bedroom has two (2) twin beds while the third den/office has a conversion bed. But one of the best features of the Beach House is the deeded beach access across Ponte Vedra Blvd.

Enjoy easy ocean access to take a dip in the Ocean or a stroll along the beach to breathe in the ocean air. When you return your can make a splash in the community pool.

**This Property has a 30 day minimum stay requirement and you are given two (2) assigned parking passes.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
