Pet Policies & Information

We have a variety of pet friendly properties available for rental; please view all our pet friendly properties or contact a Reservationist for assistance finding a pet friendly home. Guests will be subject to eviction without refund if pets are found at a property that does not allow pets. Sorry, cats are not allowed at any of our rental properties.

Suncastle Properties and the property owner assume no responsibility for illness or injury that may occur to your dog(s) while on the premises, or for any action taken against your dog(s) or dog owner by third parties.

A non-refundable Pet Fee of $300 for the first dog and an additional $100 for each additional dog, including Service Animals, is required.

Failure to disclose that an animal has been in the property, whether the animal(s) is the responsibility of the renters or their guests, will result in a $500 fine, assessment of costs for damage, if any, and immediate termination of the Rental Agreement.

Any damage to the property caused by the animal(s) will be charged to the securing credit card. Damage or flea infestation caused by pets and "failure to disclose" penalties ARE NOT covered by the Damage Waiver option.

Service Dogs: Suncastle Properties welcomes and accommodates service dogs meeting ADA guidelines, which includes "a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability". Service animals are allowed to stay in any Suncastle Properties rental home*.
