Part-Time Vacation Rental Coordinator 

Suncastle Properties is seeking a dynamic, customer service focused Vacation Rental Coordinator with experience in a fast-paced environment to act as a liaison between Suncastle Properties, property owners and guests. This position fulfills reservation requests by determining property availability to meet the guest’s desires, enhancing the guest experience by providing excellent customer service, generating revenue and encouraging repeated use of Suncastle Properties. 
This person assures the highest level of customer service, as the guests’ first point of contact upon arrival ensuring guests are given all reserved items and attending to client concerns, including quality and maintenance. This person is responsible for addressing all property care issues and maintaining a chain of communication through completion with the guest, maintenance and the General Manager.

Qualifications:  The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following:

·     Previous experience in Real Estate, Vacation Rental, Property or Hotel Management preferred
·     Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, additional computer skills a plus
·     Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
·     Acute sense of urgency
·     Strong time management skills, regularly beating deadlines with accurate work
·     Excellent communication skills—Verbal and Written
·     Ability to delegate and manage delegated items while executing their own tasks
·     Extremely Detail Oriented
·     Ability to climb stairs and lift 35 lbs.

Business Development Representative - Position Closed

Suncastle Properties is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative with a proven track record in exceeding goals. This position will assist in promoting the growth of Suncastle Properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new additions to the property portfolio. This position is tasked with continuing to elevate the brand through garnishing leases to exclusive high-end to luxury vacation homes within the beaches communities of Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, Sawgrass and St. Augustine.

This position is responsible for growing Suncastle by building partnerships to promote the Suncastle brand through marketing and new business development, creating an external network to draw upon and working internally with business partners to promote the Suncastle mission. 

Qualifications:  To be considered for this position all candidates must have the following:

·     A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate, Property Management or other sales related field
·     Ability to obtain required FL Real Estate license within 90-days
·     Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, additional computer skills a plus
·     Ideal for former Financial Advisor/Planner; Salesperson or Insurance Agent

The ideal candidate will be self-confident with a strong work ethic, and the ability to remain positive in spite of obstacles and in the face of adversity. This individual will be a quick study, capable of translating product, industry, and market learning into selling points, while taking initiative and thinking outside the box.
