At Suncastle Properties, rentals are truly our specialty; our properties are rented both long and short term, furnished and unfurnished. Currently, we handle over 150 homes in the greater Ponte Vedra area as well as in the beaches to the north and south with much success. Our office is fully staffed with a team of experienced professionals who are prepared to aggressively market your property and also handle any tenant issues that may arise. We are proud to employ a full time maintenance technician to take care of those unexpected emergencies, in the most cost effective manner possible. The volume of calls and website inquiries coming into our office is quite high. Most of our units are rented an average of 60% of the year. Many experience even higher occupancy rates as some of our tenants stay for months at a time and return year after year.
